Launiupoko

With its gentle surf break, Launiupoko is known as one of the best surf and paddleboard spots in West Maui.  Now it is also known for the agricultural subdivisions situated on the picturesque slopes of the West Maui mountains:  Mahanalua Nui, Makila, and the gated Pu'unoa Estates. With captivating views of the ocean, neighbor islands of Molokai, Lanai, and Kahoolawe as well as the West Maui Mountains, the neighborhoods in Launiupoko offer owners the ability to build custom homes.  The home sites, which range from 2 acres to 45+ acres, offer owners both privacy and acreage for an agricultural pursuit of their choice.
